Regulation
TIMES.
The check-in
time is between 14:00 and 18:00
and the check-out is
no later than 11:00.
The guests are asked to
call or communicate
by e-mail at least one
day in advance of your arrival
time.
The failure to communicate the
arrival time may result in the
absence of the owners
on arrival. Please also
give timely notice
of any delays
during the reception.
Early departures and
waivers of various kinds,
once you start living,
are not refundable. Under no
circumstances is allowed
housing to people exceeding
the number set to the reservation,
if not agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse
entry to accommodation if this
condition is not observed.
It is strictly forbidden to enter,
unless expressly authorized by
the owners of strangers do
not stay in the facility.
TERMS OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT.
Once
the agreed
rate, the reservation confirmed
by the customer by phone,
by mail or
fax will be considered
valid at the moment.
The apartment will be blocked
for 24 hours, the time within
which a deposit must be
received by 30% of the
total amount of the stay.
The methods of payment accepted are
bank transfer or credit card.
In case of bank transfer,
the customer must send by e-mail
or fax
proof of payment. In the case of
credit card you will receive
a license withdrawal
by e-mail or
fax to be sent back
signed to the structure.
The reservation will be confirmed
only after receipt of the
final voucher.
In the case of cancellation
or no-show,
the customer will lose 100%
of the deposit. The payment will
be due upon check-in.
DEPOSIT.
Upon arrival
in the accommodation the customer
will pay a deposit of at
least € 80,00 to
a maximum of € 150,00
(depends on length of stay)
which will be returned on
departure after checking for any
damage caused inside the 'apartment.
In the event of damage to
the amount of security deposit
will be withheld.
The total amount to be determined
is calculated linen change
every 3 days. The
interim and final cleaning
are charged to the customer.
On request and at an extra charge
of € 30,00,
final cleaning can
not be carried out
by the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
We accept no
responsibility for damage caused
by host
events related to the use
of the apartment and not, including
bodily, material, loss, theft,
robbery or other criminal
activities. We reserve the
right to access the rooms
to carry out essential
maintenance and cleaning urgent.
REGISTRATION DATA PROCESSING.
The information you
provide will be treated in
compliance with the obligations of confidentiality
set by the law
of 13
Dlgs.N.196/03 and will be processed
through instruments suitable to
guarantee security of the
